Waiter

The extension of the bartender; the one who takes charge of the floor in order to offer a convivial and personalized experience to each of our guests.

Intuitive and empathetic, your goal is to:

  • Greet our guests upon arrival
  • Guide our guests towards the discovery of their favourite cocktail
  • Ensure our guests’ comfort

BUSBOY / BARBACK

The one who supports the entire team in order to speed up service time.

Silent hero, your role is to:

  • Stock up all the ingredients needed to execute cocktails
  • Support the bartender during cocktail preparation
  • Clean and organize spaces

RACS (Responsable à l’Accueil, au Confort, et à la Sécurité)

Guardian of hospitality, the RACS supports the service team and acts as a social gatherer to encourage connections and a spirit of community.

Sensitive communicator, you seek to:

  • Greet our guests upon arrival
  • Look after our guests’ comfort
  • Ensure the respect of the laws governing our liquor license
  • Maintain security

Bartender

Cocktail specialist, the bartender encourages collaboration during every work shift in order to offer a convivial and personalized experience to each of our guests.

Akin to a head chef, your mission is to:

  • Coordinate teamwork
  • Ensure the respect of the laws governing our liquor license
  • Welcome our guests with hospitality and inclusion
  • Prepare and create beverages
